We are delighted to offer our Mini TrebleMakers program at Linfield East Public School as part of their Creative Workshops in Term 2 2018. With the support of the P&C, we have arranged to hold our group lessons at the school for the convenience of parents before school hours.
Mini TrebleMakers is a group theory and musicianship class targeted towards students in K-Y4 that would like to be introduced to AMEB theory/musicianship and the aural and sight-reading components in AMEB instrumental exams. It is a fun and interactive class that is suitable for beginner level students that would benefit from having an introduction to basic music concepts, rhythm and pitch. This exposure to musicianship which involves learning sight-reading, sight-singing, aural and rhythm skills forms the foundation in receiving a well-rounded music education. At TrebleMakers, we understand that there is usually not enough time in a private instrumental lesson to teach musicianship and provide this group theory and musicianship class as a solution for both music teachers and students. The program caters for a maximum of 6 students.
Lessons are scheduled on Wednesday mornings from 8:00 – 9:00am. Book now through the LEPS portal so that we can help you turn your troublemaker into a TrebleMaker!
