My Story
Eric joined the TrebleMakers team as a classical violinist and jazz guitarist with over 6 years of performing, orchestral and teaching experience. His goal is to help his violin and guitar students become confident musicians.
Eric is in his final year studying Jazz Performance at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, majoring in Guitar studying under Steve Brien and Carl Dewhurst. He has also completed his AMus for Violin and performs regularly with quartets and bands throughout Sydney.
Eric is known for his patience and ability to connect with students of all levels. Drawing on his musical experience at Trinity Grammar, he emphasises the importance of building a strong classical foundation. He keeps lessons engaging by personalising each class and encourages students to play music they genuinely enjoy.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and photography.

Eric speaks English and fluent Mandarin.
