My Story
India has over 10 years of experience teaching piano, songwriting and performing. She holds a Bachelor of Music (Jazz Performance) from the University of New South Wales and has prepared students of all ages for AMEB examinations.
A versatile artist, India has performed in countless soul and jazz projects throughout her career, and in 2019, she released an electro-pop album that was featured on Triple J Radio.
India fosters creativity in her students by encouraging songwriting and composition, while also instilling the importance of classical technique in her teaching. She balances creativity and discipline and believes children learn best when they feel inspired and challenged at the right pace.
